Hi Noah,Consider Coachella valley in California which main cities are Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, La Quinta, Rancho Mirage, Joshua Tree. 

@Scott Scharl, we mainly use Wells Fargo because we operate in multiple states, but locally, Desert Schools has been great to work with.

This condo and the rest of the condos in the complex was flooded during Harvey.Most of the units are still unoccupied 8 months after Harvey and the complex appears deserted during my visit.The numbers look really good but my concern is that after fixing up the unit will anyone be willing to buy or live in this environment.Recovery seem too slow.Does anyone has a general idea of recovery times of sections affected by disasters such as flood.Not sure of how to proceed with this one.

My sister lived in Palm Desert for about 20 years and she passed away in January.

I am looking to invest in the high desert of southern California in the Victorville area.

I'm not about to start trying to get down into McKenzie or Dunn county - its a cut-throat desert down there.
