Once I am confident I have everything in place, including my license, I will begin marketing to others.  

Attempting to obtain unauthorized confidential bank information can be.......you guessed it, a violation of law!

It makes me feel at times like an imposter when I’m talking to someone about a deal and I don’t feel 100% confident I will be able to close.

I’m confident I can get deals done I wouldn’t put myself out there if I wasn’t about my word 

I'm confident I could find a suitable property that meets my guidelines given enough time.

when it come to utility's i work for the light company in Florida (the largest in the state) and when i worked on the phones yes, i would get calls asking for "average" bill for property's we were allowed because its not confidential customer info like ssn,name etc... so i would give it a shot.

Financing would be through VA loan; I'm fairly confident I could get a 2.5% interest rate or better.The ultimate goal would be long term cash flow.  

I feel confident I passed on round 3 (Fingers crossed)...Hopefully by next week the results are up :)

I would consider selling it only if I was confident I could get a better performing property elsewhere.
