IF you are going to take a loan out for redevelopment you are going to get an appraisal anyhow to close. 

So if this $330k puts them close to the limit, and the market makes a downturn, there will be a margin call.

So I agree that a private law suit may not be financially worth it for someone that invested a lower amount of capital, but we can see that there are people that have already posted on BP that they invested huge amounts like $850,000 for one person, and >$1M for another.
