If you’re not closing deals, it’s your fault.

As you know its near impossible to find a good cash flowing deal in CA due to sale price, taxes and lack of inventory.Last one I closed on was over off of Germantown Road it was a great 2 unit that needed a little TLC for $160K but passed an inspection and was livable.

Hi All,I just closed on a SFR in Cincinnati (Hamilton County) and our property taxes will increase significantly.

The house I regret most for not getting it is this one,https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/N8064-975th-St-River-Fall...I was so close to getting it, but I chickened out because I have absolutely no idea how these houses even exist.

Since you’re committed to staying close to family, I’d suggest focusing on properties that might need a little work but have potential for appreciation in your market.

But we looked a little more closely at real estate this trip.  

I would imagine you are looking for a quieter community, more of a residential feel, closer to Disney but not TOO close to the Rte 192 traffic and craziness.

The preapproval that I got for the commercial loan is a 20 year loan at 7.75% with 20% down and $20,000 in closing costs. 

We find deals, close them, and manage them all in house with a combination of our experience and skills. 

I eventually just closed my Stessa account and called it a day.
