Dustin's cleaned up a bit but I used to say that if this stoner could do it, so could I (I know, I shouldn't have said that).  

I do the same for cleaners, if it’s extra cleaning charge for greasy kitchen or dirty tubs etc., then have it itemized and charge those amounts that are over and above normal.

but there is such tremendous demand by investors that if they see something that's been cleaned up, they will all pounce.hope this helps

On a positive there are 15-20-30 year amortizations and increasing income qualifications including instant approval and AVM (no appraisal requirements) for very clean applicants, and creative documentation for self-employed borrowers or investors such as bank statements or even DSCR (usually up to 75%LTV) for investment properties. 

I am more flexible with them on holidays if one cannot be cleaned by EOD but this is a hospitality business and holidays are expected to work days IMO

The owner cleaned up the entire place.

They are typically hardworking, quiet, and keep the place clean.

Might be overkill but it keeps things fresh and clean. 3 sets of everything, that way there is always a clean backup on site, while one could be at the off site laundry.

Or can we assume an estimate if this is my only "job".Finally, if I had a cleaning company and they have 10 people who clean.

Clean it out and repaint.
