That alone was a deal breaker.

If i know there is a deal breaker item for the house ( over 50 % of callers arent interested because of it) i repeat that item in bold in the email because most people don't read It the first time...

So for clogs, circuit breakers, or garbage disposals, we will walk tenants through it.

If FL2 has it's own risers from the basement, you're pretty good, if both floors share circuits, not so much.  

In your experience is this a deal breaker or somwthing that is easy to fix?

So I have to use the breaker to just shut off the furnace which is getting ridiculous.

If the circuit was overloaded maybe the blame could be hers, but obviously there is something strange happening with the wiring that is likely not her fault.
