When it was my friend I bought him lunch 4~5 days a week and he had dinner at my house almost as often since I wanted to make sure he could make rent.I even hired him as a consultant on a job I had so that he could make 2 months rent once.I'ts like going to the casino, don't bring any more money than you can afford to leave there.

The Indian casinos already make as much or money than Vegas.

Tell her she'll have to tell her story to the judge, and you'll accept whatever the judge says.How much you wanna bet, she took out her rent money out of her checking account, so she couldn't use it to gamble with at the casino. 

No risk would be keeping the money in your pocket and walking away because gambling is a pretty bad idea in the first place (I work in casinos, so don't tell my boss I said that).

Any tenant could be taking their entire paycheck to the casino.

There are incredible restaurants that rival nearby New Orleans and the casinos are clean and safe and top notch.
