There's not enough information here to evaluate the deal, but one thing is clear -- you're bordering on mortgage fraud by increasing the loan amount above the sales price and pulling cash out.If the cash-out part of the transaction is not disclosed on the HUD (or made clear to the lender), you could potentially face some serious legal issues if you get caught.As for the deal, what are the anticipated rents?

So far, that would label me as liberal I guess but...I'm strongly against illegal immigration, enforcing the border, cut all welfare, education, and health services to illegal immigrants and their families unless they pay taxes.I don't like my tax dollar to be spent on social program either but if the choice is invest in America or fight unworthy wars abroad, I vote for America.

Can't run on unemployment reduction, economy progress, success in Iraq(Bush and Petraus get credit for Iraq) health care passage, border restoration, cap& trade etc.
