If it is the seller, are you confirming they added builders risk coverage and all other insurance is suitable?

Builders, Trades (plumbing, electrical, etc.... )?

@Mounish Thatikonda, while I can't speak in too much detail about the financing side, I will note that I have never built a house, but had talked to lenders in the past, and they were willing to finance a new construction house for me with full personal guarantee and a reputable builder contracted to manage the construction.  

for builders though we will not accept less its going to ruin our comps.. 

We also contacted the window company, who identified it as faulty installation by the builder rather than a product defect.

I contacted a builder who is building townhomes across the street.

I got my formal residential builder license in October ‘23.

Many builders will offer lower interest rates even for investors.

Im sure this has been posted before plenty of times, but I just got back into real estate investing, and I am looking for a good website builder option like Carrot, or any other, that you guys can suggest.
