Then came a very early retirement from that well paying JOB..Looking back I was definitely happier spending all my spare time/vacations, blood sweat & tears & disposable cash on rundown properties, than going to work each day in a beat up vehicle no-one would ride in.The years of tenant drama, rehabs & 'oh no' surprises still bring a lot of smiles & hearty laughs as we tell our REI active kids our war stories.It's definitely an adventure !!!

Anyway, I saw a Lorex 8 camera NVR system today at the costco and thought that would calm down some nerves but I know me and it's going to really make me angry and stressed constantly because my tenants are inept and would be breaking a new house rule every other day, smoking indoors, bungee jumping off the roof, throwing firecrackers at cars, urinating in the front yard while spinning in circles etc and I'd be right there at the camera watching it and letting my blood pressure go through the roof, also I would be on the only house on the block with cameras and the police would be hitting me up nonstop every time another house on the block was broken into asking for footage because none of the other landlords here want cameras for the exact same reason.

Lost of blood sweat and tears over the last 18months to get the house remodeled.

I've actually seen a legal description that included "north from the flint rock to the south side of Blood Creek". 

Took about 8 months of blood, sweat, and tears to finally it an inflection point.

At this point, the board/Management company just sent the bill and said any questions, please talk to the lawyer which boils my blood. 

In my mind that is an excuse my hustle should beat out any limitations I may face but money is one limitation I feel I might not be able to defeat since marketing is the life blood of this business, an expensive one at that.
