I want to get some feedback and advice on my next steps to see if this makes sense.This will be longer post so thanks for hanging in there!

Full of garbage and furniture and random belongings.

Imagine having to move out your tenants (who are angry and shell shocked because all of their personal belongings were destroyed), rip out your flooring and drywall, dry out for a week or two, and put everything back together - All while dealing with a remediation company who has 15 other jobs on the go at the same time as yours, and a GC who also has 15 other jobs on the go at the same time as yours, and dealing with your insurance adjuster (remember, the whole neighborhood got flooded, not just you).

However, people do sometimes go overboard and spend too much money on deluxe kitchens elements that simply don’t belong in the house or in the neighborhood.

I belong to about 10 traveling nurse Facebook groups and got 1 reply for my STR, and the price was too high for her. 

Second, the grout and mortar should be entirely absent from the outer edge - neither belong there at all.

We belong to Beringer and Sterling so free tastings there for I'm sure with you guys being locals have other options. 

So I packed up all her belongings and moved it to storage.

Hi everyone.Any advice on how to inspect a townhouse, in terms of what to check, whether I should move tenants belongings around to see the walls and floors, what tools to bring, etc. etc.?

I get a text a couple days later that says that they are living with family and are going to leave their belongings in the property until they find somewhere else to rent which will be at least a month.
