If the home sits for a period w/o a viable bid from a prospective OO then it'll be opened to investors.

Can I ask, do you recall how high bids went over opening and how competitive it was?

His lawyer said no , but he said that 5 million was a good number . he tossed the keys across the table , told her to open the gates at 5 am and warm up the trucks , and a whole list of things , and to cut him a check for 5 million . 

Open to any feedback on this idea, as NJ is much more affordable than the markets we’re looking for a primary residence in Mass.3.

I view this last point as an advantage, because it leaves me open to any market and forces me to build a hands-off system.
