Hey Harrison,I have almost two months or so in this real estate wholesaling journey (which basically makes me a rookie as well) and also graduated from college back in April from computer science, but I can tell you that this industry is much more appealing due to its potential.

@Leland S.This is going to be very costly and the issue it is not resolving is vibratory noiseHaving built many building there is sound and vibration transmission - you can dampen the sound (again costly) but if it’s hardwood floors or a kid above it’s not going to stop the pounding / jumping .Is this a real issue brought by the tenant?

The number of issues is so large I can't concisely describe them all now, but to summarize, Latchel is exceedingly slow to respond to all maintenance requests, including emergencies, and basically fails to communicate any information regarding the status of repairs.
