Caught in the crossfire between the YIMBYs and the NIMBYs is the contentious topic of ADU or Accessory Dwelling Units.

I've been looking into self-storage companies to buy and I've gone through articles and videos on how do do it.

I guess I had just heard that several times before but when actually looking into it, like here: https://www.creuniversity.com/articles/earnest-money-vs-lega..., earnest money is a form of consideration but just the offer to purchase is also.

But, I was curious to see if there was some topics or if anyone can give me a better understanding on how other loans work, such as the freddie mac or fannie mae ones or any other type of loan products.
