That covers the wholesaling process, besides sales skills, the successful wholesalers in town always value their reputation and relationship over anything else.

This is likely based on your skill set.

This not only developed my skills but my network and the networking has been and still is my most valuable asset.

But I am giving control to an expert - someone who has skills that I don't have. 

Skills as both a designer and general contractor along with quite a bit of luck.

Look for a company with experience, good communication, financial stability, and tech skills.
