The learning to price ratio is pretty small.Most RE gurus will give you some "rah rah rah" speech about how much money you're going to earn, how you will change your life, when in reality, it's a lot of hard work.

If you want to raise the roof in part or all of an area, see if the rafters are stick built or trusses. 

Put together a 5 step speech presentation and expand your numbers and ideas on your slides.

You can see it clearly on ceilings sometimes where the trusses hit the drywall.
