@Will Barnard , my thoughts, other than I could use a bronze horse, are that we will actually see a drop in buyers for smaller multi family sales due to the tougher loan laws they keep passing.

I put the art before the horse a bit yesterday and posted an ad for help on craigslist, luckily I've gotten quite a few with research experience but at this rate I anticipate getting more that don't have a researchers skillset.
