What was your preferred method for sourcing/ screening tenants?

It’s not just about putting up signs or posting ads; it’s about knowing how to handle the inquiries, how to screen the right tenants, and how to set up the deal so it’s a win for you.

Don't continually harass them with phone calls or emails.

In order to send them the video you would need to get their email or phone and to solicit either is against Airbnb rules.

Website had no useful functionality; every booking was ultimately done manually after receiving phone calls/emails from their representatives.

What I do is I continue to screen looking for properties that meet my buy criteria while trying not to be tempted to change my buy criteria just so I can complete a purchase (which is not easy for me).The goal is to make money not to own property.
