@Kasey Hardt very interesting,  didn't realize this was a pattern but even I've got friends that are getting recruited to the area for medical device startups etc, so could be a very interesting trend to watch.

The issue I have is that I am struggling to find serious partners to work with.

I've bought a ton of homes pre-foreclosure and at auction, happy to be a resource on that stuff, plus we just launched Bid Pirate, which is the one place online for NH, where you can see all the upcoming foreclosure auctions in one spot - you can learn a lot from the regulars at the auctions........ get after it, sister!

If you can come in and operate effectively I think you'll find success rather quickly due to that.BTW - for a property management platform I would highly recommend Buildium.

I'm looking at Class B properties in up-and-coming neighborhoods and plan to self-manage once I relocate.  

Works just as well for a two family worth $1.2.

@Van Lam I had a client just run into this recently.  

You can get eaten alive in the Baltimore market by people selling you Class D properties "dressed up" as Class B.
