caused water leaks in plumbing ran a sump pump line into sewage( illegal) and it all leaks causing mold issues. and the guys gave me a fungal disease like ring worm from using my toilet, they left gate open and my ten year old dogs are gone forever. didnt mask off home from blowing in insulation and i am allegic to it borax and its all over house clogs up new furnace filter which i have to change every two days or furnace shuts down from over heating installed a cheap 19 dollar thermostate that dont work, put way to much insulation in attic now home creeks and bangs as it settles and roof is bowing theres a car parked up there like 2000 lbs of crap im allergegic to, and knobodies inspected there work at all!

Not that this is necessarily a bad thing, but I've seen a custom lease (allegedly prepared by an attorney) go bad (meaning a provision was challenged by the judge and called 'against policy' and failed) in NC.

In other words staying on time and on budget may be a challenge and could wreck the deal, although the towns are expediting approvals to get that juicy property tax revenue collecting again.However, this person alleges to have a team in place that is ready to do the work and could achieve some efficiencies and economies of scale given several units will be worked on at one time.
