Could be at the top of a wave with a slight correction?

Hello, I sent out my first wave of yellow letters on Monday but it took way too long to prepare them.

This is another reason we’ve seen such a wave of M & As in the banking industry in the past several years.

@Elliott Hallum I'll definitely check out REINtn, our home does have some work to be done, though we did just replace the HVAC (as in, last week) as well as the some of the other appliances and water heater.

If Seller defaults under this Agreement, the Buyer may seek specific performance or elect to receive the return of the Buyers deposit(s) without thereby waving any action for damages resulting from Seller's breach.

However, there is again a wave of speculating on the high-end properties.
