Investment Info:Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Hello all,I'm looking to buy my first multi-family.

Not realizing I was only getting a few hundred a month from it and from a cash-on-cash perspective I'd have been better off buying TBills with the click of a button instead of all the hard work, stress, time, and planning I put into it. 

Investment Info:Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Madison.

We usually have 2-5 properties a year that we buy or sale.  

The thing to remember also is that I buy super duper priced houses.

The property is in the Jade District if anyone has particular insight on the area.4) I have some contacts for real estate agents, but I feel like they're better suited to assisting buying and selling SFR. 

I'm curious as well how likely someone would want to buy the furniture with the house as well. 

I generally recommend if you're not going to buy a property in the city/market where you currently live, the next best place to look is where you have family (and presumably a place that you'll visit relatively often and easily).What is your price point and are you looking for turn-key properties or something along the lines of a "fixer upper", assuming you buy in Peoria or a similar priced Midwest market?
