Its desirable from a renter's standpoint if you have a garage, but not desirable enough to pay more than $50/mo in most cases, more of like an "icining on the cake" sort of thing.That particular property is overpriced in my opinion.

I am looking at this first flip as an education experience... getting paid any amount of money for education is frosting on the cake to me.I will front the money for the materials, then get back my initial investment before any profit sharing between myself and my partner.He's tapped out of equity at the moment as he has two other projects he's working on, hence his inability to provide capital.We've already been 100% transparent with one another about this and exactly how we want to do it, so I think we're in a good place.
