If you want to be ambitious the NEREIA tonight in Chelmsford (You can Google it but meeting starts at 7 and is at the Best Western, I think 187 Chelmsford St. right by the I495/Rt3 interchange).  

Rather than waiting until next month, I was hoping that I could get referrals to some wholesalers, general contractors, and investor-friendly RE agents who work in the western suburbs of the Chicagoland area.  

Three months ago I acquired a 6-unit apartment building in Western NY.

A first rental property would likely be in central MA, western MA, or Cape Cod for me.

I thought you westerners were tough ... that's what the relations in Alberta are always telling me.

Structure is great, newer duct work, western cedar exterior and over all great shape.
