Can you share who you chose for your mentorship program?

I've seen post online that say that Section 8 will help you with the cost to remodel a home if you then place it on the Section 8 program.

Hi Raymond,Consider using a 3.5% FHA loan or a 5% Fannie Mae program, as these options are advantageous if you plan to live in the property.

This program has bi- annual payments which mean you only make payments 2x per year.

Can someone recommend a VERY simple app or software program for analysis and bookkeeping?

I have been trying a few different software programs that I like so far but I wanted to get some experienced input from you guys and gals. 

I manage 120 SEC 8 units and have been working the program for over 15 years.
