Since we now have Provincial sub-forums on BP, I am going to suggest we collapse them as follows:- Atlantic Canada - Québec- Ontario- Prairies & the North- British Columbia My argument for the collapse is there are not enough active BP members in the Maritime/Atlantic Provinces, Prairies and, certainly not, the Territories to warrant individual provincial/territorial forums.

That's probably more so for the financing end if you're not doing this all cash, but it's also good to do to see what you're upside actually is and also if the $3.5MM is warranted at this time.Don't know if you need help or possibly financing, but please don't hesitate if you have questions.

THe difference between a QCD and a Warranty Deed is that with a Warranty Deed, the Grantor is warranting that they do have free and clear title other than any exceptions noted in the deed.You can go down to the court house where all the land records are held for your area and search the property for liens - generally the staff there can help you with that.
