If I were to see that it was currently (or just recently) on the MLS, I would tell the wholesaler to pound sand and lose my number.

I feel its not fair... im getting pounded for holding cash but fearful to buy more stock.

Paying with a pound of flesh, as it were....I literally think they are an afterthought.

Email & call the attorney listed on the docket; they are likely to tell you to pound sand, but simply explain that you are calling to introduce yourself and want to make sure they have your information on hand in the event they run across a property that needs to be sold for cash quickly.
