I'm finding everything, except title flawed junkers (my speciality) is super saturated with buyers right now.

I am looking at houses the same way I look at fleet vehicles and I would like to know if my thinking is flawed.

That may be a ‘movie’ but just last week a man was arrested here in Broward County, Florida for selling a home which he had stolen.The whole thing was uncovered by Independence Title’s Kevin Thatcher and the man was arrested.If you inbox me, I can send you the video.

Not everything you read on here is good advice, but most of it is...and the bad advice becomes apparently pretty quickly (mostly, not always) as people point on the flaws in the advice.

When does a deal just stop being worth it when you uncover all the skeletons in the closet?

The benefit is, as a Realtor, that I can uncover deals and keep my career as a Realtor.  

Sometimes, a little simple digging can uncover the truth.  

Just consider it a learning experience.As others mentioned, you'd really be kicking yourself if you got in over your head, either by buying both and running out of funds or by buying the first one and uncovering a massive renovation problem you couldn't see beforehand.  

@Carly M. and @Jay Hinrichs you make excellent points - all reviews become suspect (though in general I think the process is flawed but what else should the OTA's be doing?).
