I realize I will make mistakes but I’m okay with things being a bit uncomfortable in the beginning since I know that will help me learn.I joined BP today to meet all of you and hopefully establish partnerships & relationships, as well as share ideas with others in this industry.

The people who are uncomfortable living next to the owner (for whatever reason) will self-screen themselves out.

You can see I routinely  mix a lot of brushed stainless and nickel, chrome, and oil rubbed bronze. 

Your PSA must have contingencies to get you out of contract if the home is horrific.If you can't negotiate a price wherein you will be willing to venture $3-400 for an inspection (if you are uncomfortable doing one yourself), then your risk tolerance for flipping this house is too low, or it isn't a good deal to begin with.  

But ultimately, with all that being said, if you're uncomfortable with the advice they're giving you, seek out the advice of other investors/realtors/attorneys/title companies in your area and get a second (or third) opinion. 

There aren't even enough beds to treat sick people in these countries for "routine" problems like cholera and the flu and malaria, and now people who would otherwise be able to see HCPs and get treatment for palu are just left to fend for themselves until they die. 

We all hate the junk that ends up in our folders, I routinely delete over 100 emails a day.
