Your PSA must have contingencies to get you out of contract if the home is horrific.If you can't negotiate a price wherein you will be willing to venture $3-400 for an inspection (if you are uncomfortable doing one yourself), then your risk tolerance for flipping this house is too low, or it isn't a good deal to begin with.

But ultimately, with all that being said, if you're uncomfortable with the advice they're giving you, seek out the advice of other investors/realtors/attorneys/title companies in your area and get a second (or third) opinion.

There aren't even enough beds to treat sick people in these countries for "routine" problems like cholera and the flu and malaria, and now people who would otherwise be able to see HCPs and get treatment for palu are just left to fend for themselves until they die.
