The professionals usually snake every vent down with a camera, a brush, and vacuum, to show you before and after too!

The key to this strategy is understanding that there is no guarantee that past patterns/returns will repeat themselves (as we all know, there are NO guarantees in investing and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you snake oil), but the strategy allows you to factor in numerous variables and create the plan that allows for the BEST POSSIBLE CHANCE of success based on your individual needs.

Everyone sells the "quit from your 9-5 in 1 year dream" but it's modern day snake oil. 

While living here (with 2 cats, 3 geckos, and a snake), we ended up paying about $300 per month each, which included lot rent and all utilities. 

Let that sink in and play with this snake no more. 

It has a sewer snake, chainsaw, and just about anything else you would need to make any repair.

I was a guy who ripped up old, dusty carpet and pulled 2000+ staples out of original hardwood floors, snaked drains, cleaned up a gross house, painted the whole place myself, got my hands dirty, and needed some help.

When the rest of my apt loans and primary are satisfied in a few years my cf will increase another 50% without additional tenants or toilets or hunting or none a that.What free has meant to me is not worrying about strict budgets anymore and not applying for snakes, I mean credit cards, to track my cattle, I mean travel points, to fly standby on the cheap.

Maybe Im wrong but, I feel like the "professional" mentors will sell you snake oil.
