well, Hell on Earth, but I also say this without any sarcasm whatsoever. 

The seller on the other hand was balking at the idea of using lease assignment agreements because it's "a lot of paperwork", while I'm thinking that creating all new leases would be far more "paperwork" than lease assignment agreements.I'm not sure what to do at this point, I have no reason whatsoever to believe that the tenants, private or corporate, or the seller have any sign of being suspicious.

Yeah David, they returned my deposit in full but they didn’t pay any interest...they are not obligated to pay you interest the only ones that are .. are the IRS if they redeem which is rare as hens teeth. 

Lived like pigs, and one even punched 2 holes in a door just for fun.2 of them came from well to do families, but still had no sense of responsibility, and collecting rent was like pulling teeth.
