Double glass is usually sufficient as opposed to triple glass (depending on weather and noice conditions), but I would recommend a thicker glass (usually it is 3mm, but upgrading to 4mm glass would not cost much more and it would provide better insulation and resistance to accidental breakage).if you need any more info, just ask

@John Arendsen, if I understand your posting, you're looking to invest in crowdfunding sites, but not as a typical investor but as someone who sits on the board.There are about 20 sites that I would consider to be investment quality, and the remaining 80+ are fairly poor for one reason or another (in sufficient volume, none of experience, poor investor protection, etc.).

I had to look for over 9 months.One thing to keep in mind if you decide to go the FHA triplex or fourplex route is the self-sufficiency rule, which states that 75% or 85% (depending on which state you're in) of the market rents on all units (including the one you will occupy) need to cover your monthly payment (principal, interest, taxes, insurance, and mortgage insurance).
