Besides having a sharp business partner I've found that going to every high end education (Pete Fortunato, Dykes Boddiford, Gary Johnston, Dave Tilney...) and rub shoulders with smart folks help train up ones perspective re strategy.FWIW I closed on one house today, another off auction.com in 4-6 weeks in an area that 99% other investors have not heard of, yet has tons of jobs, tons of growing jobs, few rentals because the growing jobs soak up the vacancies...
