I would definitelt put a sticker on the box saying "(new tenant's name) only," because chances are there are carriers who rotate that route daily, and it's hard to keep up with all the forwards, especially on multi-family addresses.

All of the research I have done a personal experience you'll be comfortable at 1:42.At the minimum, group your prospect group into 13 groups which is a 90 day rotation.

I can honestly say that I've probably gotten the majority of my buyers list from this posting ads here.Once you have at least 4-5 pre-written ads that you can rotate through, all it takes is about 5 minutes per day (or every other day) to post them.

As a guy who has spent thousands on Billboards I wouldnt pull the trigger on them in todays market..They are great when the market is ripe with opportunity however it isnt at the time.If you do decide to then make certain that youre on a 45 day rotation schedule not a fixed placement.Make certain your boards are red and yellow.
