Emma, you appear to be a shill for one particular company, based on you posting promotions about the same company over and over again on several other posts.

This became a popular theory here in Fl a few years ago, not surprisingly heavily promoted by foreclosure defense attorneys drumming up more clients.  

Also, any system you pay for should have tons of access to the promoter(s), without having to incur an additional fee.Not sure of your goals, but frankly, all the info you need you can find for free right here on BP - check out the blogs, forums, and for sure the podcasts!

It added a classier look and promoted higher rates for that area.

I understand completely not going back to the have-a-pulse-sign-here days, but I do think there are protections in place that strike a nice balance in promoting responsible home ownership, and anyone who has applied for a loan these days knows how strict they are requiring proper documentation.    

Technology is the thing to do when promoting what you do.
