Our new one will be similar and we'll be putting about $50k into it, and cash flow will be slow due to 100% financing, yet for our portfolio it's well worth it.

Affordability or lack there of has the best chance of slowing this market but there appear to be plenty of buyers in all price ranges.

I'm going to be honest, it is kind of scary venturing into unfamiliar territory, after 19 years in the home health industry, but being part of Bigger Pockets gives me the confidence necessary to not give up or slow down. 

Because of the design issues and how sprawling they build (meant to be a suburban product), they valuations are going to be lower than an urban or urban adjacent infill lot.

There may be some products available through a brokerage that requires less, but you may need to do a little digging.
