I am buying a multi family in the Pittsburgh area using my VA loan privilege.

So we are essentially paying for the privilege of collecting sales tax for the government. 

I didnt even need her help - just access to the documents to get what we needed as when we asked for her assistance we received none and only that she'd be willing to speak with us on the phone 2 days before our employees paychecks are due next week and only then if I pay her $750 for the privilege of speaking to her on the phone. 

A big part of that is to demonize people (groups really) they perceive as unjustly "privileged." 

The guest has no lease and I would contend they don't get "pass through privileges because someone they know does have a legal lease".

For the privilege of being a tyrant of the HOA they will endure any burden that the job entails.

Just like there's sacrifice (and skill, luck, or privilege) to get to a 2x$250k salary, the same is true to get there on investing. 

What kind of a "mastermind" would drop that much money just for the privilege of talking to others?

However since it boosts returns and allows me to buy an asset I would not otherwise be able to purchase I am left with the privilege of paying someone else for their money.
