New to the area looking for people in the Arkansas area that want to collaborate

Perhaps sometime we could connect to collaborate or hold each other accountable on goals!

I'm really grateful to be a part of a platform that encourages collaboration between everyone with all levels of experience and knowledge. 

For example, if there's a  vacancy, you'll have to prioritize your schedule to fill it and have a process in place to screen applicants properly.

This when he retires he’s going buy partial ownership or collaborate with someone and Buy the entire team. 

But with regards to everyone else,Yes I did forget about having to collaborate with a broker.

He is allowing me access to the MLS thru him but I’m uncertain what data is best to have in order analyze comps/potential deals.Here are some things I plan on asking:-Comps in my target area-Hot ZonesThings I’m unsure on:-What data I should prioritize without having a subject property to allow me to find potential deals-should I continually check in with him to record update data?

Even if you decide to switch the nature of the heating system, you should, and still may well be required, to perform this analysis.A detailed heat-loss model will also help you prioritize and plan improvements to the building envelope - such as air sealing and insulation.A few missing bits of information,  which may assist the BP community to provide you with some helpful ideas, include:size and organisation of the building: SFH, duplex, triplex, etc.

I feel like I've been getting a lot of great advice for whatever we decide to prioritize in this thread so this helps give me an idea of all my options.
