Typically, all services that PM does will have a charge, as that's the only way they make money.

I'm wondering about servicing these after completion on a longer term basis following a DSCR guideline as they will be rented, and then selling them in a secondary market.

Is there anyone that offers a service or fee to stand in for you at an auction if you are out of state and can't make it there at that time? 

We don't allow any "deal-making" in the forums, which includes advertising your services or properties, looking for partners, etc.

Hi Harris, thanks for posting as I’m sure that there are a lot of BP members that are interested in this service.

So many folks are out here touting making millions with $0 down and you proved that even with all the due diligence and good investing sense, you have to be prepared and take risks that are proportioned to what you can withstand.

A local lender can be helpful since they often understand the market better and may offer more personalized service, but it’s not always necessary if the terms are great.
