@Simon Wold I was at the courthouse this morning and the sale was postponed.

Is that was postponed?

The highest odds favor a postponement of the sale date.

A 1031 exchange is a great way to postpone the tax (not avoid completely).  

Or postpone to the end to get tax free growth, but beware of income tax bracket creep and more taxes in the 9th or 10th year.  

I have seen Judges, in Indiana, postpone evictions due to insufficient notice being given. 

There are many ways to reduce the cut or to postpone payment - but our uncle still wants his cut.

I am all for it like Dave Ramsey says live like no one else so then you can live like no one else but that is postponing everything for later... 

It's not uncommon to see more cancelled/postponed that those that actually go through sale.
