I've been pondering some out-of-state turnkeys, and am looking for some way to understand unknown neighborhoods from a distance.   

I personally pondered the turn key question myself when I started investing recently and decided to start doing wholesale first.

Ponder if my scenarios seem to match reality as you know it. 

The OP was pondering opportunity cost, and we’ve provided him with options that don’t materially increase his exposure.

After listening to one of Brandon's webinars a few weeks ago and having pondered 'taking the plunge' into investment properties, my husband and I put an offer on our 1st property this past week.

Now I am sitting on a pile of cash waiting to be reinvested and pondering life.I don't know who to talk to about the downside of getting wealthy.
