I've rented houses using VRBO (Mount Snow, VT) and would do it again. 

I was called over to a property today due to a report of low water pressure and a leaky pipe.

We would never want anyone to feel pressured to work with us. 

The home inspection will come with some other small things that need to be looked at.Check all the water heating and HVAC, and water pressure in the building.see if you can locate the pressure regulator if you cant it could cost you $350 to find each and replace it.

This will relieve some pressure on DC that continues to grow and have oversized classes.

I have access to more capital, and I want to get away from my software sales career,  I'm passionate about my own business and I'm demotivated with the pressure of what I'm doing 7-5 (this is conservative, there are 65+ hour weeks that I'm being paid OT time on....)In a nutshell, I'm making more money in my 9+years of software sales. 

Toilet should move to the shower outlet position, sink should shrink down to a 16-inch vanity, or even better, a wall-mounted faucet and a vessel sink on a pretty little custom vanity.The key here is to convince the buyer that "it's small but it's NICE."

Thanks Cole- like any salesperson, a broker might use pressure tactics. 

According to him, there has been a lot of downward pressure on rent in NYC and that he's seen 10% decreases in his own rental properties. 

.), the zoning laws, rent controls, etc. are all generating upwards pressure on the rents by chocking off supply.Hopefully this proposition doesn't pass.
