I just think it is cool you are 18 and moving full steam ahead in real estate. 

As mentioned above, many of these areas have already been established a while back, so they have their own momentum, and don't need the economic steam as much to continue rolling.

Perhaps in summer it may not matter, but in colder times, that steam moisture can cause problems in the attic, same as if it didn't get vented in the bathroom at all. 

My guess is they are steaming over the time frame to get it fixed and a timeline would help as well.

It is the middle of winter, my first thought was you have some sort of radiator steam heating system which can generate all sorts of knocks, bangs and loud noises through the pipes.

I did this as I also upgraded my old steam bolier that serviced whole house to 4 seperate heating units so each tenant pays their own now.Definitely a good upgrade to do that will add value in the long run.I have a question why are you adding 5 water heaters and not 4?

Steam clean the carpets?

I didn't see any signs of any bed bugs and the carpets were steam cleaned by the previous tenants before they left, though they were extremely dirty people when they lived there.I'm looking online and they have some sprays and powders, but I figured I'd ask what others have done or used while I look at the options on Amazon.
