Perhaps in summer it may not matter, but in colder times, that steam moisture can cause problems in the attic, same as if it didn't get vented in the bathroom at all.

It is the middle of winter, my first thought was you have some sort of radiator steam heating system which can generate all sorts of knocks, bangs and loud noises through the pipes.

I did this as I also upgraded my old steam bolier that serviced whole house to 4 seperate heating units so each tenant pays their own now.Definitely a good upgrade to do that will add value in the long run.I have a question why are you adding 5 water heaters and not 4?

I didn't see any signs of any bed bugs and the carpets were steam cleaned by the previous tenants before they left, though they were extremely dirty people when they lived there.I'm looking online and they have some sprays and powders, but I figured I'd ask what others have done or used while I look at the options on Amazon.
