How can Physicians Rid themselves of the Financial Bindings?

We recently had a case where we contacted the Chicago public health department and they were instrumental in intervention and supportive in our efforts to have the tenant notified that the unit be cleaned or vacated. 

They had to call the fire department to the house because his "grandfather" had a medical emergency a couple months ago and passed away.  

My net gain was about 134K.I wish I could say that this investment was all genius and foresight, but of course there's always a little luck, and perhaps even some divine intervention!

The biggest employer is HEB w/20K employees (groceries...people got to eat) and HEB rules in central TX and keeps getting stronger); USAA is a large nationwide financial services business HQ'd in SA, medical is another area growing.  

I'll be moving there in August for medical school and would like to start building passive income through a buy and hold strategy.

I keep my paramedic license current by giving back to the community where I live and work though the Bath Fire Department as a part-time Fire-Medic.

Spartanburg Medical Center also has Resident Doctors that rotate for five years.

Caveat Emptor:  Many state prohibit 3rd party intervention during the foreclosure process - -  having laws against "Buyers of Equity".STRONGLY suggest you consult your state regulations in this matter BEFORE  you attempt to contact the Bank or the current Owner.

My full time job is in the medical imaging field and I have a 19 year old daughter in college.
