We stayed at a STR last summer with many homeless around it but it is also near some upscale hotels.

Last, we have one outlier out of Lake County Ohio in Akron a 24 unit.

@James HamlingHappen to be doing a lot of travel in Europe the last 3 years.  

He sold that duplex last year, and cleared a 6 figure PROFIT. 

Something that my team and I did last year that really helped maximize our time was re-do our management agreement to set expectations.

I also have the same last name as Avery if that gives me any street cred lol.   

You also tend to get more frequent and better feedback than with an STR, if you treat your residents well.The last quadrant, unnecessary but not obviously so, is usually as a result of either converting an STR to an MTR or from remodeling above the standard needed.
