Does anyone have an inspector they use all the time or any to steer clear from in Jacksonville, FL?

I need to know what repairs for existing issues will cost and am looking for a VERY THOROUGH home inspector who can uncover even the smallest issues before I am locked in to buying the house.

If so most buyers (and their home inspectors/lenders/fathers/brother in law that's a contractor,etc) want to see circuit breakers.

I imagine I want to use a local bank, local lawyer, and local management company (last is obvious) to the property (as an out of state investor).Do you get all these people in line first before making offers and finding properties or do you identify the deal first, then find the above along with the inspector, handyman, contractor, etc?

I knew this going in, but I found out more about such systems from my inspector.

While building homes I dealt with undecided customers, unruly sub contractors and power hungry building inspectors for years.

Possible foundation issues I had inspected but the inspector was useless.

An inspector stated that it was old and does not appear to be in any part of the structure.

The first FHA inspector/appraiser did not make an issue of it.

GCs that turn high volume get better pricing on everything - labor, materials - and have connections with inspectors and other pertinent individuals.
