Immerse yourself in real estate investing and learn as much as you can!  

More investors need to take the time to put in their licks & really immerse themselves in the ins & outs of the industry.

Airbnb's are unique, beautiful, spacious, interesting experiences that immerse you into the local culture of the city...and sometimes you meet the host.

But being immersed in teaching about real estate in a room full of other excited people can be a great motivator.

Immerse yourself in books and podcasts.Learn metrics, lingo and strategies so you can talk with other people who are doing what you want to do.  

Immerse yourself into all these resources and I assure you when you’re 45 you’ll be glad you did!

I immersed myself in learning every equipment, how they work, price points, what was "un/cool", all the celebs in the industry, all the local top dogs, ect.I later became interested in tuner cars and street racing when I was 17.  

Immerse yourself in it... if you still have an interest, you'll have a better idea where to "start."
