Basically, I am trying to identify hot spots.

Vietnam is an up and coming tourist hotspot for it's cheap accomodations and food.  

Do you think old brooklyn or Brooklyn could transform into the next hot spot?

I don't think it will ever become the next hotspot, but it's certainly on the way up, not down.

Are there any hot spots there ?

Each one also leans away from investing in up or balloon markets.Grant Cardone himself just picked up a property in Florida that is in a declined Market outside of the normal hot spots.

Indy is seeing a lot of gentrification continuing in certain hotspots but there are still plenty of slums.

If they don't do a good enough job in your opinion, then you have a complaint with the police.I understand you are in a hot spot for this and some fixes are in order.

After an hour, we excused ourselves and retreated to one of the "Foodie" hot spots a half block away, and over espresso (coffee wouldn't have been strong enough), called our realtor, got a quick  confirmation that it was a hell of a deal, and decided to take the plunge.

You can't beat that location for easy access to pretty much all the hotspots: 121 corridor, DNT corridor, North Dallas with Prestonwood and Highland Park, M-Streets, Addison.
