We do 20 Flips/BRRRRs per year in Jacksonville FL and we use a hybrid approach.

If you have the time and want to take a more hands-on approach, I’d recommend looking into the BRRRR strategy or flipping properties.

I expect that I'll be reserving time in various resorts and farming those weeks out to perspective vacationers, does anyone know if VRBO, or AirBnB, or some other site would be most appropriate for this approach?

Figure that out and approach your partner with the goal of education and discussion rather than argument.

Doing this requires both a healthy inventory of deals way under market value and a large list of serious buyers.

Hi Jhamari – Setting up ownership through an LLC could be one of the approach, though there are more variables to consider it.

Second, as you can see on this thread, some of our colleagues take a rather cowboy approach, and I disagree with their position.
