These are 1 bedroom/1bath units, 650sq ft, priced under $700 a month so I dont think its competition from the newer buildings that cant afford to price rent so low.We maintain the units very well and have recently renovated a bunch of them with lvp flooring, new cabinets, etc.

Even if you take photos and use an app to view it with the new flooring (ie create an 'after' image online) that you can use, I'd still wait a bit. 

It's not like HGTV when a scene cuts and now the floors, and plumbing are magically finished.

Its very loud but I'm more concerned about the floors.

The place needs a little bit of renovation (kitchen, floor in all rooms, bathrooms).
